I Am America (And So Can You!) – A book by the people at The Colbert Report
Hey friends. Have the people here read or heard about the 2007 best seller book I Am America (And So Can You!)?????
This book, which is full of satire, is a fabulous read and why it should not be? It is written by Stephen Colbert in collaboration with the writers of our favorite comedy show, The Colbert Report.
The audio book edition came out much earlier than 9th October, 2007 when the book was released all over.
The book, which is published by Grand Central Publishing is based upon the life of the fictional Stephen Colbert, who is the main character of the The Colbert Report. The book stayed put on the New York Times Best Seller List for twenty - four weeks, in the non - fiction, hardcover category, until 6th April, 2008. Also it ranked at the top slot for fourteen of those twenty - four weeks.

The people who wrote this book are: Stephen Colbert, Rich Dahm, Paul Dinello, Allison Silverman, along with the support of Michael Brumm, Eric Drysdale, Rob Dubbin, Glenn Eichler, Peter Grosz , Peter Gwinn, Jay Katsir, Laura Krafft, Frank Lesser amd Tom Purcell.
The audio book edition also received a nomination in 2009 for the Grammy for Best Spoken Word Album. The 250 page book is a good one, and is more fun when you read it after watching the show. (At least, I read it that way, and enjoyed it thoroughly).
I gotta rush now, have some downloads to take care of but I would be filling you on the finer details about the contents of the book in the next update for sure
If you have read the book, do comment in your views about it, and if you have not, then still share your views on the show as well as on the writing skills that makes the show so laughable.
Take care. See you all later.
